From a thrilling Christmas Lego challenge to heartwarming gingerbread man stories, delightful gingerbread house making, and engaging math and reading activities—it was a fantastic celebration with our amazing students and families!

Earlier this month, Julian, Jayden, Ella, and Alyson along with Mr. Clapper attended the annual WIAA Sportsmanship Summit in Stevens Point!
They participated in several roundtable discussions and interactive sessions centered around the importance of sportsmanship. They heard from, and worked with, coaches, administrators, fan groups, and officials about why sportsmanship matters and how to create a positive atmosphere at games.
They were great representatives for the school at this event and have a lot of great ideas in the works for future events. Stay tuned!

High school #WildRoseWildcats in the Construction Trades class are working to run residential electrical wire to code. 🔌

First graders visited The Rosemore Village Park retirement community to spread some holiday cheer!
They sang carols, played games with the guests and gifted handmade ornaments.
Their kindness and joy brought smiles that lit up the room, reminding us the true meaning of this festive season! 😊🎄❤️

Earlier this month, selected 5th grade and middle school students competed in the “Where in the World?” Social Studies Challenge against 12 other school districts. The Construction Trades class put their skills to the test to design and build dog houses! 🔨🐾 🏠🐶
Team leaders, voted by the class, led the way, assigning tasks and overseeing the projects' success.

Our Foods Around the World class dove into sushi this week! 🍣
They made California Rolls, ahi and wahoo rolls, some nigiri and sesame crusted seared wahoo. Students ventured into the unknown and many loved it! 😋

🚧 Construction is happening at the District Office! 🚧
The area has been demoed, prepped for remodeling, and electrical is done behind the walls and above the ceilings. It is being painted this week and next week they plan to start the ceiling and flooring.

The Foods classes joined forces to create a delectable lunch for our veterans: pork chops on cheesy spaghetti squash, roasted beans, garlic bread, and a sweet touch with snickerdoodle cookies.

The School District of Wild Rose will be having a rummage sale at the bus garage on Saturday (11/11) from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. We have materials that were taken out of the buildings due to all of the renovations happening.
🌳🔨 We’re so impressed with Mr. Havlo's Woods 2 students and their incredible craftsmanship! These cutting boards are a testament to their hard work and skill.

Wild Rose students are hard at work rehearsing for the musical, Into The Woods by Stephen Sondheim.
